Made appointment for oil and filter change at noon... still had not heard that car was ready to be picked up by 5.30. I called and was told the service department were too busy and they would call me back. The dealership closes at 6pm so I headed over. Car was almost ready but they couldn't find it in the lot. Ten minutes later they located it. Staff were very flustered and overwhelmed.
