They are getting 3 stars because they are a non-pressure dealership which is nice. However when stopping in and looking for a car, and trying to find out our options and after submitting the info they wanted for my current vehicle to use as a trade-in, we got no response about anything. No-your approved, No-we can't help you.....nothing at all. I was quite disappointed with their customer service. Not sure if the fact they are not on commission has made their customer service lacking or what the issue is. Just think they can do better.
