Ordered front floor mats and a rear wiper blade, customer service was excellent!

Showed the lady in service department my two coupons they had mailed me. I thought I gave it to her. Before going to waiting area, I asked her if she had my coupons; she responded "yes". We didn't receive our discount.

I was looking for a specific used model of car. I called multiple dealerships and the specific cars had recently sold, and was getting frustrated. Jeremy was fantastic finding the same model and within my price range. He listened to my needs and found me the perfect vehicle. The whole experience was great. I would recommend Chevy of Columbus and Jeremy for anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
