On time and as promised!

I had to call to schedule an appointment about a recall. when I brought the car in, they let me know that the recall was actually not fully in effect yet because the company who made the airbags went out of business and that Chevrolet was working hard to find subs for it. regardless, they did a thorough inspection of my car to make sure everything was good and I ended up purchasing a second key while I was there. The service department was very communicative. They were wonderful and pleasant to work with. They did not hide anything from me and we're honest the entire time. I would definitely work with them again.

Jackson was a true delight especially with being new to the sales staff. Very polite and knowledgeable. Follow up service has been great from the whole team at Chevrolet of Columbus
