I got a tire put on in service and Jack did a great job and was super excited to help! My car was in the shop and back out in a matter of no time. Even when my car was in the shop I could see the status of it because of the TV in the waiting area that let's me see where my car is at in the process!

We were on a long journey from Florida to IL when something went terribly wrong with our 2008 Silverado, we had just passed this Chevy dealership late in the night. We found a room at a nearby hotel and arrived at Chevrolet of Columbus first thing in the morning. Their service tech got our truck into the garage immediately, diagnosed the wheel bearing issue and made the necessary repairs. We were on the road in no time! Thank you for being so kind, courteous and understanding! We would recommend your garage to everyone!

I must say this was the most pleasant vehicle buying experience I have had. I walked into this facility thinking there was a 90% chance of not achieving my goal. Telling myself the only way this could happen is if Columbus Chevrolet can perform miracles. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Nicole a sales person there that treated me with professionalism courtesy and understanding of my financial situation . Nicole would not give up, she kept trying when I know other salesman at other locations would have given up.With in a short while she and the manager put me in a truck of my dreams . I was actually shocked that they were able to make this happen for me. I am very grateful, they are wonderful people, this is the second vehicle I purchased from them and I highly recommend anyone in the Columbus area or even points further to come in to Columbus stop in at Columbus Chevrolet speak with Nicole and/or the manager and I'm sure they can fix you up with your vehicle of choice.
