I was very impressed with my saleswoman, Kamie. She was very professional, yet friendly, and knew what she was selling. She listened to what I wanted and answered all of my questions competently and completely. If she didn't have an answer, she found it. The last car I purchased from this dealership didn't go very well. I had decided I wouldn't buy another car from this dealership. However, because of Kamie's attention to detail and listened to what I wanted, I bought the car from her. She is definitely an asset to your dealership.

My husband and I had a great experience in purchasing our new New vehicle. Brand new no miles and everything, Jose was an excellent sales person. I would recommend Jose(sorry i don't have your last name)to anyone. My problem comes in with the finance person Tyler( sorry i don't have his last name either ). We financed a Trax 2020 in April. My husband and I received drive out tag til August 2020. We didn't think anything of because we knew dmv was closed due 2 covid-19. In late July when the bmv reopen we was ask for our social security cards from Tyler at Chevrolet of Columbus to give to dmv for registration. So I was confused but ok, I took the info to Chevrolet of Columbus, from April til late July I had missed placed my card but I had my number(but had my husband card the main signature on the loan). I told the financial advisor that I had to order a new new card. He said ok if I had my number would be fine ok so I gave him the number (the same ss# the loan come up under if someone run my credit they will see Trax 2020). The drive expires and call and messages and i even go up to the Chevrolet of Columbus and talk to Tyler. Tyler tells me it nothing he can do. Ok how is that when I have not received any license plates or stickers. He said the bmv said they need copies of our social security cards. I called the bmv and get a totally different truth truth ..Today is August 19th my drive out expired August 12th. I have left messages and text messages with no response. The BMV explained 2 me that since me and my husband both had Arkansas drivers license, we could not register a vehicle here in Columbus, one or both of us would have to transfer or change our license to Indiana which is no problem. We moved here from Arkansas. I will like 2 thank the BMV for their help with the situation, because without them we would not known what was happening. STILL NO WORD FROM TYLER CHEVROLET OF COLUMBUS .
