After having an unpleasant experience two weeks ago with the service department on my Equinox, the owner contacted my husband and I, willing to correct the mistake. He asked for us to bring in the receipt showing the repair charges from an Indy dealership. The service department cut us a check for the total charges on the repair. The repair that should have been done by Columbus Chevrolet. Ernesto, thank you for understanding our concern and reimbursement of the repair bill.
