Appreciate the professionalism, cleanliness of wait area, coffee and wifi. I am able to work while I wait without skipping a beat in my work day. There is a genuineness too, in the way staff operate. Clearly they are working on your behalf - as the customer. Given my experiences of having my car serviced by other area providers, this is by far an A+.
