I went in to look at purchasing a used vehicle, walked out leasing a brand new vehicle and couldn't be happier with my decision. Tyler M. did a great job of being transparent and giving me all the pros and cons of each option that I had along with all the details and differences of how a purchase verses a lease work. At no point in my visit did I ever feel pressured to make a decision. I can be fairly picky and indecisive but Tyler paid such close attention to detail when we discussed what I liked and disliked in a vehicle that the first car he pulled around was the one I left with. He hit the nail on the head! Extremely please with my visit and my new car from Chevrolet of Columbus.

Best experience! Dylan, Nick, Tyler, Jonathan and the entire staff were courteous, polite, hospitable, helpful, transparent, friendly and accommodating. The experience was great from the first interaction all the way through until we drove off the lot and even after to ensure we made it home. We can't thank you enough. I highly recommend working with the team for any car purchase.
