I'm always pleased with my service. I never feel taken advantage of or like they are talking down to me. The work is done well and the price isn't killing me. Such a friendly team no matter who I work with!

We went in knowing we weren't the 'ideal' customers because other dealerships treated us as such. Our only vehicle was about to give out and my hope was about there as well. We came out feeling like Chevy of Columbus values every person's needs, situation and business. Every person involved went above and beyond to get us in a reliable vehicle with a payment we could afford. We were a breath away from having no transportation which would've meant no jobs either.
