Not their regular customer, traveling through to get home. Had vehicles issues, they got me in and on the road the same day. They went above and beyond my expectations. Very happy with my experience and their service staff.

Every time I interact with the Chevy of Columbus Service Team, I always leaveknowing that I was well taken careof. I had the luck of working with Brian P. this week. He took the time to explain things to me and make sure I understood what is being done to my car and what needs to be fixed later on. I appreciate his time and effort he took to help me.
