Hey guys! Whether your shopping for a car or needing service on your current GM vehicle, if you're in the Columbus, IN area, consider Chevrolet of Columbus! Spent several hours looking at/driving potential new rides for myself and had a great time with my salesperson! Later that week I took my current car in for service and had it back later the same day, all fixed up and ready to go! They seem to have their act together and it makes the customers' life so much simpler!

Great staff and service

Several coworkers of mine had negative experiences at Chevy of Columbus service so I was leery to go, but I bought my new truck there so gave them a try. First oil change at 6,000 miles took 1.5 hours because they didn't take appointments. Just had my second oil change, much better experience. They now take appointments. Had my oil changed, tires rotated, and their (~25? point inspection) and was in/out in under an hour. Their prices are fair and competitive. This one was still free for me but normally runs $59.95 for 8 quarts of full synthetic Dexos oil and filter, plus the rotation and inspections. Friendly staff, much better than my first experience. If both my experiences were this good they would have received five stars.

Amazing staff. Waiting room with universal phone charger and charging stand, TV and comfortable seats. Offers free coffee, snacks and water bottles while you wait. Great prices.
