Great, friendly service.

Great experience today with Kenneth Wilkes and the whole team at Columbus Chevrolet. They provided the most competitive price from Chicago to Louisville on my 2017 Bolt EV. I shopped for two months before finding Columbus Chevy and they made the whole experience a real pleasure. I drove down from Indy today, had no hassle, and drove away shortly afterwards with my beautiful Bolt Premier. This team earned my business and can expect to see me as a returning, satisfied customer. They are getting 3 stars because they are a non-pressure dealership which is nice. However when stopping in and looking for a car, and trying to find out our options and after submitting the info they wanted for my current vehicle to use as a trade-in, we got no response about anything. No-your approved, No-we can't help you.....nothing at all. I was quite disappointed with their customer service. Not sure if the fact they are not on commission has made their customer service lacking or what the issue is. Just think they can do better.
