Hundreds of miles from home, we struck a basketball-sized piece of debris on the interstate, in a construction zone, and destroyed a Michelin tire on our 2015 Terrain. With help from the construction crew we got the spare on and made it to the exit, where we were surprised to find the ultra-clean Chevrolet of Columbus dealership. Everyone there from the service writer to the parts guys to the technician were courteous, efficient, and effective in getting the right tire installed so we could continue on our 800 mile journey.
