Was traveling from TN to MI when my car started having trouble. I had it towed to Chevy of Columbus, because it was the closest Chevy dealership. I am so glad I did. Jack Fish was amazing to work with. My car had more than minor issues, and he kept me up to date as everything was going on. He also helped take care of my aftermarket warranty. The service was done in a reasonable amount of time, and Jack hooked me up with a loaner car so that my son, service dog, and I weren't stuck in the dealership all day. The service manager (her name escapes me, Krista maybe??) was courteous on the phone and let me know that they could get my car in to diagnose right after the tow dropped it off. All around, this was a great experience. And if I lived closer, I would most definitely use them to purchase a new vehicle, or to do routine maintenance.

When walmart, tire barn, yokahoma and a few others let me down, chevy of Columbus had my back, I got in and out without so much as a let down at any point of service. All work in the future will be done with them. Thanks!

Very friendly and inviting staff. Got me a great deal on a 2018 Cruze! Definitely come here if you are looking to buy a car and don't want to be haggled into paying an arm and a leg for a car.
